Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before it is due to begin at no charge. Within 24 hours of the session, the session fee is retained.
Booking requests
Submitting the booking form sends us a request — it does not reserve a confirmed appointment. We check availability and confirm your session with you personally, usually within two working days. This policy applies from the point your session is confirmed.
If we need to reschedule
If we ever need to move a confirmed session, we will contact you as early as we can and arrange an alternative time that suits you.
